By using RealEstatePro, users agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, platform rules and applicable laws.
User Registration & Account Security
Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. Activity performed through an account is the responsibility of that account holder or organization.
Property Listing Rules
Property listings must be accurate, lawful and must not include false pricing, misleading ownership claims, incorrect availability or unauthorized content.
CRM & ERP Usage
Lead records, followups, bookings, payments, receipts, statements and reports must be managed responsibly by authorized users.
Payments, Receipts & Statements
Financial entries are generated based on user input and should be verified with official accounting records before final business decisions.
Uploaded Documents
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded images, agreements, receipts and property documents are accurate, lawful and authorized.
Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent listings, spam, unauthorized access, data misuse, offensive content, duplicate fake records and system abuse are strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Software design, workflows, branding, interface, reports, code and platform structure are protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues or technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
RealEstatePro is a software tool. Final business, financial, legal and customer-related decisions remain the responsibility of the user organization.
Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, non-compliance, fraud or violation of platform policies.

Refunds, Pricing & Commercial Terms
Any software subscription, service charge, implementation charge, customization fee, support fee or third-party integration cost will be governed by the commercial agreement between the service provider and the customer organization.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from platform usage, service terms or business agreement will be handled as per applicable law and agreed jurisdiction between the parties.
